Hydraulic pump factory was established in 1976 on a 3349 m² closed area to meet the needs of agricultural, automotive and industrial sectors. Within the same year, production started under license from ZF, Germany. Since then, we are meeting the needs of both domestic and export markets with pumps developed either by our own expert engineers or with the consultancy of other companies widely known as being experts in their field.

There are 239 people working to reach a capacity of 400.000 units/year. There are 355 machines in the factory.

Hema Endüstri A.Åz. is presenting a wide selection range of pumps from 1.2 cm³/rev to 116.7 cm³/rev reaching a maximum working pressure of 250 bar. There are more than 100 configurations that can be produced and we carry stocks of all types.

 

 

 

 

Gear and Transmission factory was established to produce timing gears, transmission gears, racks and balancers for diesel engines in 1998.In diesel engines, at low speeds, crankshafts must be balanced with counter weights or a balancing unit must be used instead. These units require delicate manufacturing. The factory is manufacturing these units to be used in Iveco and Perkins diesel engines as per the original design specifications.

In 2003, Trans-Axle production started according to agreement between Valtra and Hema.

In 2004, Rack-Shaft production started under license from ZF, Germany.

There are six lines in our plant as gear cutting line, balancer line, rack line, balancer assembly line, Trans-axle assembly line and gear hobbing line. The transmission line is newly established for John Deere 5000 series tractors and started manufacturing sample pieces.

There are 240 machines in the factory with 30 white collar, 280 blue collar working on 5.000 m² closed area.
